Chloe is a fictional character on the Hey Arnold! TV series.
Gerald develops a crush on her, although she falls in love with his older brother Jamie O. She liked Gerald but only as a friend but was not interested to be. She uses Gerald simply to get closer to Jamie O. At the end, this was revealed to him and he was hurt by the betrayal. Chloe felt bad about using him especially when she was snubbed by Jamie-O.

Chloe is a black female teen with long braid, natural-textured hair. She wears a white midriff top, blue skirt, and rollerskates.
She also makes a split-second appearance in Hey Arnold! The Movie at Blockapalooza, and in The Jungle Movie at Arnold's celebration.
