Cynthia is a fictional character of the Hey Arnold! TV Series. She works at the Civic Auditorium shown in "Pre-Teen Scream" where she met Helga and Phoebe to see Ronnie Matthews. She's quite sarcastic and has a thick New York accent. She also seems bored of her job.
