Fred Willard (1933-2020) was an American actor, comedian and writer who voiced Sammy Redman in Hey Arnold!. He is best known for his work with Christopher Guest appearing in films such as "This is Spinal Tap", "Waiting for Guffman" and "Best in Show". He has also appeared in several other movies such as "WALL-E", "Monster House", and the "Anchorman" movies.
