Katherine Elaine "Kath" Soucie (born on February 20, 1967 in New York City, New York)[1][2]is an American voice actress who provided the voice for Miriam Pataki and Marilyn Berman. Her other notable roles include Princess Sally in Sonic the Hedgehog (called "SatAM" by fans), Linka in Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Fifi La Fume, and Li'l Sneezer in Tiny Toon Adventures, Phil, Lil and Betty in Rugrats, and the current voice of Kanga in the Winnie the Pooh franchise.
