- You need to tell us what website it is. If they (your ISP or whoever it is that hosts the website) have blocked it then it could mean that they think you're doing something illegal on the website or you are in breach of the user rules. Try contacting them and ask them why they blocked it.

- I also got the Apply To Join site. Is this your intention? Most msn sites are at least viewable, even if some sections are off limits to nonmembers.

- i think so, its my first MSN site so i need so i need a few pointers i think its the apply page, i'm not sure... it should lead to the homepage, i was trying to reply earlier but my com was being a butthead

- OK, try this: When you on your site go to "Managertools". You'll get a list with two columns of different things you can do. The fourth link in the first column should say something like "change groups settings" (On my site it's all in German so I'm not sure). When you click on it you'll get a list of settings that you can change. The second setting you can change in this list is whether you site is a public site, a privat site or a restricted public one(or something like that). You'll need to check either the public site box or the resticted public one.
