Ray Doppel is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series.
He looks like Dino Spumoni, and he sounds like Dino Spumoni, but Ray Doppel is "the Dino Experience" — a Dino impersonator. He tried to fill the void opened by Dino's death, but when it turned out Dino wasn't dead after all, Ray is pretty much reduced to playing in small clubs. Then again, Dino was once reduced to singing at an elementary school dance.
