Rico is a construction worker that works alongside Ernie Potts.
He is strong rather friendly and has a good sense of humor. When Ernie intrdouced him to Arnold using Arnold's nickname Bill. He seemed to think it was Arnold's real name and called the latter Billy. He seems to understand his own strengh because after shaking Arnold's hand Arnold's hand was not squeezed and Arnold did not look hurt. He doesn't seem to like Mayor Dixie as he whispered to Mr. Green "I though we recalled her".
