Sam McMurray (born April 15, 1952) is an Amercian television, film and voice actor who is best known for his role as Roy in "Dinosaurs" and Superviser O'Boyle in "The King of Queens".
He is the voice of Buckley Lloyd and Robbie Fisher in Hey Arnold!.
