Siobhan Andrews is a fictional character in the Hey Arnold! TV Series.

She is an incredibly smart third-grader, who replaced Phoebe as six grade girls' friend/servant in the episode "Phoebe Skips".

In the chapter book "Arnold's E-Files" Siobhan becomes Arnold's secret admirer under e-mail name MensaMiss. She's bossed around by Mary Margaret, a sixth grade girl.

In "Gerald's Game" she is one of "King Rules" players (dressed as medieval lady).
