The Arnold Waltz is a short claymation film made by Craig Bartlett in 1990.
Synopsis
In concert band practice at school, Arnold (on flute) seated between Harold (on sax) and Helga (on sousaphone) daydreams during the playing of Émile Waldteufel's Les Patineurs - known colloquially as The Skaters' Waltz.
Trivia
- The music track was produced from a performance of the Ainsworth School band recorded by Homer Groening (Lisa Bartlett's dad) in 1965.
- It is the first apperance of Rhonda. She is shown wearing a blue shirt and having brown hair instead of black, like in the pilot.
