Gerald's little sister Timberly gets a crush on Arnold.

Timberly doesn't call the vacant lot "Gerald Field".
This was the episode that put an end to the Arnold/Lila crush storyline, which started back in Season 3 with the episode "Arnold & Lila". This move might have been a lead-in to start a relationship between Arnold and Helga in the cancelled Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie. It's also the only episode with no Helga and Lila relationship.
Torvald's name is mentioned again in this episode.

Timberly was only four years old in the episode "Gerald Comes Over", but now she's in first grade. Meaning, theoretically, she would be six or seven years old.
